1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use PaidPanel. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Member account
One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated and earnings forfeited.
3. Paid studies
Study invitations are not guaranteed. Eligibility depends on the demographic criteria of each research project. Payment amounts, delivery method, and timing are determined by the sponsoring research firm and disclosed before you accept a study.
4. Honest participation
You agree to provide truthful, thoughtful responses. Misrepresenting your demographics, using automated tools, sharing study materials, or attempting to manipulate the platform will result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
5. Confidentiality
Materials shown during studies (product concepts, ads, prototypes) are confidential. You agree not to record, photograph, or share them outside the study.
6. Payments and taxes
You're responsible for any taxes owed on incentives you receive. We may issue tax forms (such as a US 1099) if your annual earnings cross legal thresholds.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud.
8. Disclaimers
PaidPanel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any specific earnings or number of study invitations.
